I-4-7-6.Discovery Requests

Last Update: 9/13/05 (Transmittal I-4-15)

Occasionally, an individual litigant will file a discovery request with the court, such as a request for production of documents or a request for response to interrogatories. The Office of the Executive Director is responsible for coordinating OAO's response to these requests, which are handled in the same manner as discovery requests in class action litigation. The analyst will complete a Routing and Transmittal Slip (see I-4-7-99) which the branch chief must sign, and the analyst must hand carry the request to the Office of the Executive Director for forwarding to the Class Action Coordinator in OAO.
