Background

This transmittal amends section I-3-1-25 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual to update information and clarify procedures analysts use when referring bias allegations to the Office of Appellate Operations Executive Director's Office. We also made other minor formatting and language changes to improve the readability of the provision.
