Background

This transmittal amends chapter I-3-1 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual to more accurately reflect the purpose of the chapter.

Explanation of Content and Changes

This transmittal retitles chapter I-3-1 to “Initial Processing of a Request for Review” to better reflect the content of the chapter and amends sections as follows:
