Delete section I-4-610, “Threatened Class Actions,” from the text of Division 4. In I-4-620 B., “DLAI Responsibilities,” change the cross-reference in the first sentence from I-4-610 to I-1-500 ff.

Background

On November 18, 1993 we issued a new chapter I-1-500, “Litigation-related Inquiries (Including Threatened Class Actions),” under Transmittal No. I-1-21. This new chapter incorporates and expands the information contained in section I-4-610, “Threatened Class Actions.”

Explanation of Content and Changes

We are deleting the obsolete information contained in section I-4-610. This issuance updates the Table of Contents for chapter I-4-600, based on the deletion of section I-4-610.
