1835. Does the receipt of periodic workers' compensation payments or public disability benefits affect your benefits?

Your Social Security disability insurance benefit amount, and the benefits of others entitled on your record, may be reduced if you receive:

1. Workers' compensation payments; or

2. Certain disability benefits paid under a Federal, State or local public disability law or plan. (See §504.)
