DEFINITION OF GOVERNOR

Sec. 1204. [42 U.S.C. 1324]  When used in this title, the term “Governor” includes the Commissioners^[9] of the District of Columbia.

^[9]  P.L. 93-198, §711, abolished the office of Commissioner of the District of Columbia and §421 replaced it with the office of Mayor of the District of Columbia.
