This is a summary of the latest changes and updates to the Electronic Records Express (ERE) Website. Summaries for past maintenance releases will be available up to 12 months.
January 2013
In an effort to improve the users' experience with ERE, the following enhancements were implemented during the January 12, 2013 Release:
- Representative Enhancements
- Updated screenshots and language for Representative User Instructions for ERE
August 2012
In an effort to improve Representatives' access to case information for their clients through ERE-AR services, the following enhancements were implemented during the August 25, 2012 Release:
- Add new Multimedia Section to eFolder --Appointed Representative (ERE-AR) E-Folder Multimedia Records Section to allow inclusion of digital recorded audio files of case hearing sessions.
- Provide Appointed Representatives, who have registered for eFolder access, with the ability to download digital recordings from their claimants' eFolder.
February 2012
In an effort to improve the users' experience with ERE, the following enhancements were implemented during the February 11, 2012 Release:
- General Enhancements
- Fixed a number of browser compatibility concerns including the IE file upload issue. Users will no longer have to make any browser security settings change on their computers
- Removed "IE File Upload Issue" instructions on the Bulletin Board
- Representative Enhancements
- Added the "Get Hearing Office Status Report" link on AR homepage
- Added "Get Hearing Office Status Report" User Instructions
- Updated language for Representative User Instructions for ERE
