The Office of the Chief Actuary deals with the financial impact of risk and uncertainty. They provide expert assessments of financial security systems, with a focus on their complexity, their mathematics, and their mechanisms.
The U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) is known as "the investigative arm of Congress". GAO helps improve the performance and accountability of the federal government for the benefit of the American people.
The Social Security Administration's Office of the Inspector General (OIG) has the following responsibilities:
Promotes economy, efficiency, and effectiveness in the administration of SSA programs.
Prevents and detects fraud, waste and abuse in SSA programs and operations.
Informing the SSA and Congress about problems and deficiencies and recommending corrective action.
The Freedom of Information Act creates procedures whereby members of the public may obtain SSA records.

Presentaremos y describiremos los servicios por Internet en español, incluyendo las solicitudes por jubilación, para Medicare, y para el Beneficio Adicional con los gastos de medicamentos recetados de Medicare. También describiremos el Calculador de beneficios de jubilación en Español, una herramienta que ofrece estimaciones personalizadas de los futuros beneficios de Seguro Social por jubilación. El Webinario incluirá un segmento interactivo en vivo durante el cual los participantes pueden hacer preguntas acerca de las nuevas solicitudes por Internet en Español.
