COMMENTS & SUGGESTIONS

We are interested in your ideas on Open Government and we will use them to develop our plan.

We would like your ideas on how we can:

  • work better with others inside and outside the government;
  • solicit feedback from the public;
  • improve the availability and quality of information (specifically, what you think of the data we make publicly available, and what information should we make a priority to publicize);
  • be more innovative and efficient;
  • create an Open Government Plan.

We will not be able to respond to individual comments or suggestions, but will provide periodic feedback back through our Open Government Webpage.

Ground Rules

  • Do not submit personal information concerning your Social Security records or claim using this form. To seek correction of or obtain information relating to individual records, benefits, or earnings, please call us at 1-800-772-1213 or contact us.
  • Benefit inquiries and comments must be submitted through the normal channels.  We will not take any action on benefit inquiries or comments submitted here.
  • Do not submit graphic, obscene, explicit or racial comments or comments that are abusive, hateful or intended to defame anyone or organization.
  • Do not submit solicitations or advertisements. This includes promotion or endorsement of any financial, commercial or non-governmental agency.
