Social Security Customer Service Stations
The Social Security Administration has installed Customer Service Stations at locations throughout the region providing customers with a convenient and secure way to access certain online services without making a separate trip to the Social Security office. The self-service options for the public are:
- Create or sign in to their my Social Security account,
- Estimate retirement benefits,
- Request a replacement Medicare card, and
- Request a 1099 tax form.
A Social Security representative is available by video chat if assistance is required while using the station.
