This transmittal updates the HALLEX Volume I Table of Contents to reflect the revised title of section I-3-084 (OAO Branch Screening For Requests For Copies of Material); to add new section I-3-085 (OAO Branch Screening For Requests For Extensions of Time); to renumber previous section I-3-085, OAO Branch Screening on Receipt of a Subsequent Claim as section I-3-086; to delete previous section I-3-086, OAO Branch Screening for Other Reasons; and to add new section I-3-087 (OAO Branch Screening For Appointment of Representative).
