Background
This transmittal adds section I-1-4-4 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law manual to incorporate instructions in Program Operations Manual System (POMS) GN 03316.135 for disclosing information without consent in health and safety situations.
Explanation of Content and Changes
I-1-4-4 – We added a new section titled “Disclosures Without Consent in Health and Safety Situations” and incorporated by reference the instructions in POMS GN 03316.135.
