Explanation of Content and Changes

This transmittal amends the appropriate sections in HALLEX Division 2 (Administrative Law Judge Hearings) to reflect that Administrative Law Judges will enter all Appeals Council remand orders, including Appeals Council remands following claimants' request for review and Appeals Council remands based on court orders, into the record of cases as exhibits.
