Background

This transmittal amends section I-2-5-80 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual to update our instructions regarding preparing and serving a subpoena. While we made no policy changes, we incorporated changes needed due to the addition of HALLEX I-2-3-13. We also made other minor editorial and formatting changes.

Explanation of Content and Changes

We revised I-2-5-80 as follows:

I-2-5-80 A – We made formatting and language changes so the provision is easier to search.

I-2-5-80 B – We made minor editorial language changes.

I-2-5-80 C – We added hyperlinks to reimbursement provisions.
