Background

This transmittal amends HALLEX Chapter I-2-000 to add an explanation regarding the duties and responsibilities of the Hearing Office Chief Administrative Law Judge.

In Chapter I-2-000, we have added the definition of the Hearing Office Chief Administrative Law Judge's duties and responsibilities to section I-2-005.
