Background

This transmittal adds section I-3-0-30 to the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual to provide information about the Office of Appellate Operations' (OAO) Executive Director's Office (EDO).

Explanation of Content and Changes

Section I-3-0-30 is organized as follows:

I-3-0-30 A – We titled the subsection “Function” and provide a general description of the function of the EDO.

I-3-0-30 B – We titled the subsection “Workloads” and provide general information about the EDO. We also include specific examples of workloads handled by EDO.
