Background
This transmittal amends Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual I-3-0-7 to reflect new jurisdictional breakdowns for the disability processing branches in the Office of Appellate Operations.
Explanation of Content and Changes
Effective January 23, 2015, the Executive Director of the Office of Appellate Operations updated the jurisdictional breakdown by Federal Circuit Court for the disability processing branches. The 10th Circuit cases previously handled by branches 1 through 6 are now aligned with branches 23 through 32. This transmittal updates the chart in I-3-0-7 to reflect these changes.
