Background

The Administrative Appeals Judges met in their jurisdictional groups and have updated the Circuit Cases for Citation in HALLEX I-3-390, Exhibit 1. Most of the deletions are the result of recent regulations (e.g., pain, treating physician opinion, developing the record).
