Background

When we issued the bound edition of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (LEX) manual (HALLEX) in March 1992, we indicated that we planned to issue periodic supplements as necessary. Attached is the first supplement approved for Volume I, Division 4, Civil Actions.

Explanation of Content and Changes

This transmittal updates HALLEX, Volume I, Division 4 and includes the following:

Transmittal I-4-04, dated October 30, 1992.

Associate this material with the appropriate chapter in the bound version. HALLEX users who did not receive a bound edition should insert the attached transmittal in the loose leaf binder for Division 4.
