Background

This transmittal amends section I-4-1-116 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual to update information about the Office of the General Counsel's (OGC) jurisdictional assignments for processing civil actions. The changes are necessary due to a notice published in the Federal Register on January 28, 2014.

Explanation of Content and Changes

Section I-4-1-116 was updated to reflect the changes published in 79 FR 4519. We also made a slight modification to the title. Additionally, we added a citation to the Federal Register notice and a hyperlink for the mailing addresses of OGC offices.
