Background

This transmittal amends section I-4-7-3 in the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual to update instruction for the Court Case Preparation and Review branches in referring cases to the Medical Support Staff.

Section I-4-7-3 is updated as follows:

I-4-7-3 – We removed outdated information and inserted a reference to the current processing instructions in HALLEX I-3-2-11.
