Background

This transmittal amends chapter I-4-3 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual by removing several sections that are outdated and obsolete.

Explanation of Content and Changes

We amended HALLEX I-4-3 as follows:

I-4-3-99 – We completely removed the section as the information in the referenced folders are no longer used.

I-4-3-100 – We completely removed the section as the information is outdated and is more appropriately address in training materials.

I-4-3-101 – We completely removed the section as the information is now incorporated in the Document Generation System (DGS).

I-4-3-102 – We completely removed the section as the information is now incorporated in DGS.

I-4-3-105 – We completely removed the section as the information is now incorporated in DGS.

I-4-3-106 – We completely removed the section as the information is outdated and unnecessary.

I-4-3-107 – We completely removed the section as the information is outdated and unnecessary.

I-4-3-108 – We completely removed the section as the information is outdated and unnecessary.

I-4-3-109 – We completely removed the section as the information is outdated and unnecessary.

I-4-3-110 – We completely removed the section as the information is outdated and unnecessary.

I-4-3-111 – We completely removed the section as the information was superseded by an update in HALLEX I-3-2-11.

I-4-3-111 – We completely removed the section as the information is outdated and will be updated at a later date.
