Background

This transmittal removes sections from chapter I-4-7 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual because the information was incorporated in new chapter I-4-9.

Explanation of Content and Changes

HALLEX I-4-7 is amended as follows:

I-4-7-1 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-9-5.

I-4-7-5 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-9-15.

I-4-7-6 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-9-20.

I-4-7-20 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-9-25.

I-4-7-21 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-9-30.
