Background

This transmittal adds chapter I-4-9 to the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual as part of an overall reorganization of division I-4. This reorganization is intended to organize instructions in a manner that more closely mirrors the business practices of the Division of Civil Actions.

Explanation of Content and Changes

We titled HALLEX I-4-9 “Motions and Non- Adjudicative Requests” and organized it as follows:

I-4-9-5 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-7-1 without revision.

I-4-9-10 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-3-60 without revision.

I-4-9-15 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-7-5 without revision.

I-4-9-20 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-7-6 without revision.

I-4-9-25 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-7-20 without revision.

I-4-9-30 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-7-21 without revision.

I-4-9-35 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-1-43 without revision.

I-4-9-40 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-1-42 without revision.
