Background

This transmittal removes sections from chapter I-4-2 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual because the information was incorporated in new chapter I-4-5.

Explanation of Content and Changes

We amended HALLEX I-4-2 as follows:

I-4-2-10 – We removed the section in its entirety as the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-5-35.

I-4-2-40 – We removed the section in its entirety as the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-5-5.

I-4-2-41 – We removed the section in its entirety as the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-5-10.

I-4-2-42 – We removed the section in its entirety as the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-5-15.

I-4-2-43 – We removed the section in its entirety as the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-5-20.

I-4-2-50 – We removed the section in its entirety as the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-5-25.

I-4-2-52 – We removed the section in its entirety as the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-5-30.
