Background

This transmittal adds chapter I-4-5 to the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual as part of an overall reorganization of Division I-4. This reorganization is intended to organize instructions in a manner that more closely mirror the business practices of the Division of Civil Actions.

Explanation of Content and Changes

HALLEX I-4-5 is organized as follows:

I-4-5-5 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-2-40 without revision.

I-4-5-10 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-2-41 without revision.

I-4-5-15 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-2-42 and corrected a cross reference.

I-4-5-20 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-2-43 without revision.

I-4-5-25 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-2-50 without revision.

I-4-5-30 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-2-52 and corrected a cross reference.

I-4-5-35 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-2-10 without revision.
