Background

This transmittal removes sections from chapter I-4-4 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual, because the information was incorporated in new chapter I-4-8.

Explanation of Content and Changes

HALLEX I-4-4 is amended as follows:

I-4-4-1 – We removed the section in its entirety, because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-8-1.

I-4-4-5 – We removed the section in its entirety, because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-8-5.

I-4-4-10 – We removed the section in its entirety, because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-8-10.

I-4-4-11 – We removed the section in its entirety, because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-8-15.

I-4-4-12 – We removed the section in its entirety, because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-8-20.

I-4-4-13 – We removed the section in its entirety, because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-8-25.

I-4-4-14 – We removed the section in its entirety, because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-8-30.

I-4-4-15 – We removed the section in its entirety, because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-8-35.

I-4-4-20 – We removed the section in its entirety, because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-8-40.

I-4-4-40 – We removed the section in its entirety, because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-8-45.

I-4-4-50 – We removed the section in its entirety, because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-8-50.

I-4-4-60 – We removed the section in its entirety, because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-8-55.
