Background

This transmittal adds sections to chapter I-4-0 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual as part of an overall reorganization of Division I-4. This reorganization is intended to organize instructions in a manner that more closely mirror the business practices of the Division of Civil Actions.

Explanation of Content and Changes

HALLEX I-4-0 is amended as follows:

I-4-0-10 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-1-80 without revision, except to update a previous reference to HALLEX I-4-1-116 to HALLEX I-4-0-20.

I-4-0-20 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-1-116 without revision.

I-4-0-30 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-3-43 without revision.

I-4-0-40 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-3-44 without revision.

I-4-0-50 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-3-45 without revision.
