Background

This transmittal removes sections from chapter I-4-2 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual because the information was incorporated in chapter I-4-4.

Explanation of Content and Changes

HALLEX I-4-2 is amended as follows:

I-4-2-1 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-4-1

I-4-2-2 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-4-5

I-4-2-3 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-4-10

I-4-2-30 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-4-15

I-4-2-31 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-4-20

I-4-2-32 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-4-25

I-4-2-51 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-4-30

I-4-2-101 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-4-101
