Background

This transmittal amends chapter I-4-4 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual as part of an overall reorganization of Division I-4. This reorganization is intended to organize instructions in a manner that more closely mirror the business practices of the Division of Civil Actions.

The material that previously was in I-4-4 was moved to I-4-8 effective January 11, 2017 (see Transmittal No. I-4-59).

Explanation of Content and Changes

HALLEX I-4-4 is amended as follows:

I-4-4 – We changed the title of the chapter to “Supplemental Review” to more accurately reflect the content of the chapter.

I-4-4-1 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-2-1 without revision.

I-4-4-5 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-2-2 without revision.

I-4-4-10 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-2-3 without revision.

I-4-4-15 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-2-30 without revision, except to update a previous reference to HALLEX I-4-2-101 to HALLEX I-4-4-101.

I-4-4-20 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-2-31 without revision.

I-4-4-25 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-2-32 without revision.

I-4-4-30 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-2-51 without revision.

I-4-4-101 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-2-101 without revision.
