Background

This transmittal amends chapter I-4-2 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual as part of an overall reorganization of Division I-4. This reorganization is intended to organize instructions in a manner that more closely mirror the business practices of the Division of Civil Actions.

Explanation of Content and Changes

HALLEX I-4-2 is amended as follows:

I-4-2 – We changed the title of the chapter to “Preparing the Certified Administrative Record” to more accurately reflect the content of the chapter.

I-4-2-1 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-1-50 without revision, except to update references to HALLEX sections that this transmittal notes were moved from I-4-1 to I-4-2.

I-4-2-5 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-1-51 without revision, except to update references to HALLEX sections that this transmittal notes were moved from I-4-1 to I-4-2.

I-4-2-10 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-1-52 without revision.

I-4-2-15 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-1-53 without revision, except to update references to HALLEX sections that this transmittal notes were moved from I-4-1 to I-4-2.

I-4-2-20 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-1-54 without revision, except to update references to HALLEX sections that this transmittal notes were moved from I-4-1 to I-4-2.

I-4-2-25 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-1-55 without revision.

I-4-2-30 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-1-56 without revision, except to update references to HALLEX sections that this transmittal notes were moved from I-4-1 to I-4-2.

I-4-2-35 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-1-57 without revision.

I-4-2-40 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-1-58 without revision, except to update references to HALLEX sections that this transmittal notes were moved from I-4-1 to I-4-2.

I-4-2-45 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-1-62 without revision, except to update a reference to HALLEX I-4-0-30, which was reorganized in transmittal notices I-4-61 and I-4-63.

I-4-2-50 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-1-70 without revision.

I-4-2-55 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-1-90 without revision.

I-4-2-60 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-1-93 without revision.

I-4-2-65 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-1-94 without revision.

I-4-2-70 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-1-95 without revision.
