Background

HALLEX TI 5-109, issued September 9, 1992, provides instructions for processing fee requests under the fee agreement process. Section VIII of TI 5-109 provided instructions for issuing notice of the administrative review determination in a fee agreement case. To assess this process, hearing offices were instructed to send a copy of the fee agreement, notice of the original fee determination, the request for administrative review and any development associated with the reque st, and the review determination to the Office of Management, Division of Policy, Planning and Evaluation Branch. We are changing the instructions to delete this step.
