Access Claimant's Electronic Requests
Select the link to view and download files from your clients electronic folders.
You will need the following information:
- The SSN of your client
- Your text-enabled cell phone
Pick Up Files
It may take up to 48 hours for your files to be ready for download to your computer. You can select the "Pickup Files" link to view the download status of your files.
Track Status of Submissions
Select this link to view the status of files you uploaded to claimants� eFolders within the past 180 days. The status may be:
- Processing – the upload is still pending and is not yet in the eFolder
- Sent – the upload has been received and is available in the eFolder
- Error – the upload failed and you can view the failure reason
- Contacted – ERE tech support has contacted you about a failed submission
