Electronic Outbound Request

The Electronic Outbound Request (EOR) feature allows for the electronic delivery of Consultative Examinations (CE) and Evidence requests. The request package documents (Request Letter, SSA-827, Background evidence, and other supporting documentation) are sent from the requesting office directly to the provider via the Electronic Records Express website and are available for view/download/print. More importantly, when submitting responses to your electronic requests, you do not need to enter any 2-D barcode index information; this information is directly obtained from the electronic request. This integrated functionality both saves you time and prevents mis-routings due to incorrect index information.
