Review/Submit Prepared Requests
The Review/Submit Prepared Requests feature allows Providers to delegate the gathering of CE reports
and preparing submissions to their administrative staff. Time consuming preparatory
work can be delegated to their staff while Providers can concentrate on spending more
time with the patients or seeing more patients.
Through this feature, a Provider's administrative staff will have the following ability:
- Directly access their Provider's transcription reports via the website
- Directly access their Provider's electronic CE requests via the website
- Prepare responses for CE requests for later review and submission by the Provider
Through this feature, a Provider will have the following ability:
- Review prepared responses
- Delete responses that are inaccurate or incorrect
- Approve and submit correct responses to the requesting office
- Modify prepared responses before submitting
Note: It is the Provuder's responsibility to keep track of their administrative
staff. Providers must inform their respective Electronic Records Express sponsors when
an administrative staff member leaves or a new one joins so that website relationships
between Providers and their staff can be kept up to date.
