Date Range

The From Date Field (From (MM/DD/YYYY)) is the start date when a search within a certain time period is to be performed. The user must enter a date in one or both Date fields (From Date, To Date) in order to search by any of the criteria listed from that point. Users can also narrow the search by using the Time fields. All dates and times are Eastern Time only.

Note: If the user is doing a Date and Status search, The search options for Tracking Number, RQID and Claimant's SSN will not be available for the duration of that search
