Original Filename

The filename of a file uploaded by the user, including its extension. The user can enter all or part of a file name to search for a submission based on the name of an uploaded file. This field is case sensitive. A Date range must be entered for this search. It can be combined with other search criteria that are used with the Date Range Search.

Note: If the user is doing a Date and Status search, the search options for Tracking Number, RQID and Claimant's SSN will not be available for the duration of that search.
