This function enables users to search and view the status of their submissions. Users can only see results for those submissions that they have submitted themselves. The user can do three different types of searches: by Tracking Number, Claimant SSN, or by Date/ Site/Status.

Only one type of search can be done at a time. The default search is set to return all those submissions done within the last 45 days. Select the Search button to view results for the selected search criteria.
