The Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge Act of 2012

On April 4, 2012, the President signed S. 2038, the Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge Act of 2012 or Stock Act (see Legislative Bulletin 112-12) for descriptions of provisions of interest to SSA).  The enactment has been designated as Public Law 112-105.
