We also have 18 hearings offices, which are staffed by Administrative Law Judges and handle primarily disability appeals. The Philadelphia Region is home to three teleservice centers in Baltimore, Manassas, Va., and Philadelphia, where representatives answer thousands of calls each day to our toll-free number. Our Regional Office and Program Service Center are at 300 Spring Garden St., Philadelphia, and our headquarters is in Woodlawn, near Baltimore.
