MAINTENANCE OF RETIREMENT AND SURVIVORS INSURANCE (RSI) CLAIMS

RSI claims folders are maintained primarily in the Program Service Centers (PSCs). The appropriate PSC to contact can be determined by checking the first three (left side) digits of the SSN and comparing them to the chart below. For example, if the first three digits are 076, the appropriate PSC to contact would be the Northeastern PSC; similarly, if the first three digits were 437, the appropriate PSC would be the Great Lakes PSC.
