SSA Vendor Communication Plan
In accordance with the guidance contained in Office of Federal Procurement Policy’s (OFPP) memorandum entitled "Myth-Busting: Addressing Misconceptions to Improve Communication with Industry during the Acquisition Process" (dated February 2, 2011) the Social Security Administration has developed and hereby published a Vendor Communication Plan. This plan discusses the steps SSA will undertake to enhance outreach to its industry partners, and reduce unnecessary barriers to competition in the procurement process.
